Our team of experienced veterinarians and support staff are dedicated to providing exceptional care for your furry friends. From general check-ups to emergency visits, we treat every patient with the utmost care and attention. Our state-of-the-art facility is equipped with the latest technology, allowing our team to diagnose and treat your pets quickly and effectively. Dr. Stuhler

Dr. Stuhler graduated from Michigan State University College of Veterinary Medicine in 2000. A native of up-state New York, she completed an internship at Veterinary Specialists of Rochester before moving back to Michigan in 2001 and taking a job at Waverly Animal Hospital. She lives in Bath with her husband Will, their 4 children, 2 black labs, 1 pug, 1 Heinz 57, 6 cats, and chicken and duck flocks. She enjoys running, hiking, reading & doggie kisses.

Dr. Burk

Dr. Burk is from Eaton Rapids, MI. He graduated from Michigan State University College of Veterinary Medicine in 2021 then joined Waverly Animal Hospital. He is parent to several uncommon pets including a skink, ball python, and tortoise. In the past, Dr. Burk has been a 4-H instructor and participated in amateur theater.

Dr. Robson

Dr. Robson is a Michigan native who graduated from Kettering University (BS in Mechanical Engineering) in 2017 and Michigan State University College of Veterinary Medicine in 2022. She provides all aspects of small animal medicine at Waverly. Interestingly, Dr. Robson was inspired by her 3-legged rescued cat, Pilot, to become a veterinarian. She lives with her significant other and their happy family of 4 cats and 2 bunnies.

Dr. Thompson

Dr. Thompson was born and raised in Miami, FL and made her way to Michigan to pursue her veterinary education. She graduated from Michigan State University College of Veterinary Medicine in 2023. Her veterinary interests include ophthalmology and cardiology. During her free time, she enjoys running and spending time with her significant other and their two sweet rescues, a Pitbull mix and a Snowshoe cat.

Will

Will is from Australia and came to the US in 1998 to work and study. He has 2 degrees in veterinary medicine from Michigan State University (MS, 2001; PhD, 2014). He is married to Jennifer and they have 4 young boys and many cats, dogs, and chickens. His hobbies include cooking, reading, photography, and watching his boys play sport.

Will

Zach

Zach joined the Waverly Animal Hospital team in 2019 & was promoted to help manage the kennel in 2022. He is originally from Nashville, MI and graduated from Lakewood High School. He has 2 cats (Cooney and Chloe). His hobbies include reading, video games, and art.

Brittany

Brittany is from Ovid, MI & graduated from Baker College Veterinary Technology program in 2012. She joined the Waverly Animal Hospital Team in October 2020. She has 1 black labrador (Willow) & 1 cat (George). Her hobbies include hunting, fishing, reading, gardening, & crocheting.

Katie

Katie is a Lansing native and graduated from MSU Veterinary Technology Program in 2008. She has 3 pets – Bruce (Chihuahua), Carter (Labrador), & Luna (Cat). Outside of work, Katie enjoys running, working out, traveling, attending concerts, and spending time with her family and friends 🙂

Kristen

Kristen is from Greenville, Michigan, and graduated from MSU Veterinary Nursing Program in 2022. At home, Eamon and Kristen have a cat called Julien and a bearded dragon! In her free time, Kristen enjoys crocheting, reading, and spending time with family & friends <3

Rachael is from Grand Rapids and is currently working on her associates degree from LCC. Her goal is to become a licensed veterinary nurse. She has a three legged dog and two cats. Outside of work, she enjoys hiking, crocheting, and spending time with loved ones

Mallory

Mallory is from Lansing, MI. She joined the Waverly Animal Hospital team in June 2020. She will graduate high school in 2022. She has 1 dog called Mackinac and 2 cats, Milo & Citrine. Outside of school and work, she enjoys listening to music and playing with her pets.

Siana

Siana is a Lansing native and loves cats! She currently has 5 of them, including Poppy, Nayla, and Sashie. Her hobbies include reading and spending time with her sister. College is possibly in her future, but for now the WAH kennel cats and dogs are lucky to have her attend to them!

Gavin

Gavin is from the Dewitt area and graduated from St Johns High. He’s currently studying biology at LCC and is planning on transferring to MSU to finish his college education. He is an avid outdoorsman and loves fishing. He’s also a guitarist! Say “Hi” to Gavin next time you drop your dog off at the kennel!
